NoteMeeting is an AI meeting assistant designed for Vietnamese-speaking teams — capturing transcripts in regional Vietnamese, summarizing in seconds, and turning every meeting into action.
Our mission
Free Vietnamese teams from manual note-taking. Every meeting deserves a clear transcript, a tight summary, and a list of who-does-what — without anyone having to type it.
How NoteMeeting started
In late 2023, our founder Mihi sat in his fifth client call of the week, listening to a teammate apologize again for losing the action items from yesterday's call. The transcripts from existing tools came back full of nonsense for Vietnamese — even more so for Trung and Nam dialects. The summaries were copy-paste shells.
NoteMeeting started as a private weekend tool: a Chrome extension that ran a Vietnamese-tuned speech model directly during Google Meet calls, then handed back a clean transcript and a tight recap. After friends asked for access, we open-registered the product in 2024 and shipped to thousands of users in 6 months.
Today NoteMeeting serves freelancers, agencies, internal teams and education groups across Vietnam — with the same goal: never lose a decision in a meeting again.

Vietnamese first, not Vietnamese later
We tune for Vietnamese phonetics, regional dialects, and bilingual meetings. English models translated to Vietnamese will always be a step behind.
Privacy is a default, not a feature
Your audio doesn't leave your device unless you opt in. Transcripts and summaries are yours to delete any time.
Useful beats fancy
A transcript that's 90% accurate and ready in 2 seconds beats a 99% transcript that takes 5 minutes. We optimize for the call, not the demo.
