Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. You'll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
How does the license key work?
After purchase, you receive a key via email — enter it in the app once. No account creation needed, no password to remember.
Does notemeeting really understand Vietnamese?
Yes. We use Soniox with a 5.4% error rate on Vietnamese — 4 times more accurate than Whisper. Your transcripts will actually be usable.
Is meeting audio stored on the server?
No. Audio is deleted right after processing. Transcripts are only stored on your computer.
